You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. CardTopp reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate accounts immediately without prior notice if suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is detected.

CardTopp provides its service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for merchant rejections of virtual cards, third-party payment gateway downtime, or losses resulting from compromised user security details.
